Return and Refund Policy

We want you to love your Knack Snacks. If something is not right with your order, please contact us at hello@tryknacksnacks.com and we will do our best to sort it quickly.
Change-of-Mind Returns
If you change your mind about an eligible online purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a change-of-mind return, products must be unopened, unused, sealed in their original packaging, and in a condition suitable for resale.
Due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened or unsealed unless the product is damaged, faulty, unsafe to consume, or affected by another quality issue.
Please contact us before returning anything so that we can confirm whether your return is eligible and provide the appropriate instructions.
Where a return is accepted because you have changed your mind, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the products unless otherwise agreed or required by law.
Taste Guarantee
We understand that taste is personal. If you try one or two bags and decide that the product is not for you, please contact us.
As a gesture of goodwill, we may accept a return or offer a refund where at least 80% of the box remains unopened and uneaten.
Please contact us before returning anything so that we can review your order and confirm the next steps.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

your order number;

clear photographs of the product;

clear photographs of the outer packaging; and
-
a brief description of the issue.
Claims submitted outside of this timeframe or without supporting photographs may not be accepted, except where your statutory rights apply.
Where appropriate, we will try to arrange a replacement first. If a replacement is unavailable or unsuitable, we will arrange a refund.
Quality or Food-Safety Issues
If you believe that a product has gone off, is unsafe to eat, or has another quality issue, please contact us as soon as possible and provide:

your order number;

photographs of the product;

photographs of the best-before or expiry date;

photographs of the lot or batch number; and
-
a brief description of the issue.
Please do not consume a product if you believe it may be unsafe to eat.
Where appropriate, we will try to arrange a replacement first. If a replacement is unavailable or unsuitable, we will arrange a refund.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot usually be cancelled once they have been placed, as our fulfilment process begins promptly after your order is confirmed.
If you notice an issue with an order you have just placed, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@tryknacksnacks.com. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee that an order can be amended or cancelled once processing has begun.
Subscribe & Save Orders
When you select Subscribe & Save, you will be charged for your initial order at the time of purchase. You are also committing to receive your first scheduled Subscribe & Save delivery at the delivery frequency selected at checkout.
Your chosen payment method will be charged automatically when your first scheduled Subscribe & Save delivery is processed.
Once your first scheduled Subscribe & Save delivery has been processed, you may pause, skip, amend, or cancel future deliveries through your subscription portal, provided that any changes are made before the next order is processed.
Subscribe & Save orders are managed through the customer subscription portal. Changes made after an order has already been processed will not apply to that order.
Returns and refunds for products purchased through Subscribe & Save are handled in accordance with this Return and Refund Policy.

Nothing in this section affects any statutory cancellation rights or other consumer rights that apply to you. Where you are entitled to exercise a statutory right to cancel, that right will take precedence over the standard subscription terms set out above.
Refunds
Once your return or refund request has been reviewed and approved, we will confirm the outcome by email.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.
Where goods are faulty, damaged, unsafe, or not as described, we will cover any reasonable return costs where required by law.
Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
