Our founder, Brittany, knew that trade-off all too well. After moving from California to London, she found herself missing one treat in particular: the crunchy, chocolatey Malt ball she grew up on! But what she really wanted was something that delivered that same satisfying crunch and chocolatey hit, with a little more going for it. 
So, months of trial and error later, she built her own..

In September 2022, she launched Knack Snacks at the NEC's Arnold Fitness Expo and put them in front of people for the first time. 
They couldn't get enough. 
And we haven't slowed down since.

High in protein. Naturally gluten-free. No artificial nasties. Cocoa sourced from suppliers doing right by people and the planet. Zero food waste, on purpose.
